The Blake Development consists of 3 multi-family parcels totaling 22,107 sq ft. There is a Master Use Permit in place to construct a 91 unit mixed use building consisting of 3,945 sq/ft of ground floor retail. The building is designed by Hewitt Architects, Inc, deemed one of the top architectural firms in the Pacific Northwest.
